1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and ek33 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the ek33 website, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

ek33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and operate an account on ek33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ek33 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and may request proof of age at any time.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing ek33 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must represent a single individual and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned by ek33. Any attempt to circumvent an active exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of ek33 — including live casino, cricket betting, and slot games — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

Verification Documents May Include:

• A valid national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence for age and identity verification.
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document not older than three months.
• Source of funds documentation if requested as part of our KYC process.
• A screenshot or confirmation of your registered mobile payment account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) matching your registered name.

ek33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access until all required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of registration may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering policies.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ek33 supports instant BDT transactions through trusted Bangladeshi payment channels. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). We do not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are processed in real time via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• ek33 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ek33 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, subject to successful completion of the applicable KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved in writing by ek33's compliance team.
• ek33 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete verification. Any active wagering requirement must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ek33 periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once per lifetime account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Rollover requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonuses and associated winnings that are not rolled over within the validity window will expire automatically without compensation.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• ek33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, collusion, or system exploitation will be voided in full.

Players who repeatedly abuse bonus structures or engage in arbitrage betting across promotions may have their bonus eligibility permanently revoked. ek33's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

ek33 operates a platform of games supplied by internationally accredited third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are independently audited for fairness.

• Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all bets placed during the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. ek33 is not liable for losses arising from game interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period. Current limits are displayed within each game interface and may be updated without advance notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting), using fictitious identities, or providing false personal information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using ek33 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share strategies in real-time during live games, or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Chargeback abuse — initiating a payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to your ek33 account and used for wagering.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

ek33 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behaviour, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. In such cases, all balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Players may request account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment account within 5 business days, subject to KYC compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek33 and its directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ek33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

The most current version of these Terms is always the binding version. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
